I have been looking forward to this cake for weeks! When I think I've learned a lot on one cake and don't think I could learn much more, I do. I think I discovered more ways to improve with this cake than any other I have done so far. This order was to include a two-tiered square cake with some of the same features as my last baby shower cake but using the colors lavender and plum and it needed to be more elegant than "cutesy." Definitely a different kind of cake than I'm used to. I had a blast and like I said, learned a ton. I really appreciate the practice. I still have a ways to go but I'm getting there. :)

This cake was for my daughters best friends bridal shower. Everyone loved it. It was the best chocolate cake, and the filling was delicious. Not only was it beautiful, but it was tasty too. Wow, and thank you so much!!!
