Happy 4th/Birthday

My first traveling cake and hopefully my last. We went on a family trip to Colorado this weekend and my sister-in-law's birthday is July 4th. I decided to bring all my cake stuff and put together a cake for her birthday. It was my first experience in Colorado and though beautiful, it was very humid that day and made putting this cake together a challenge. My fondant was practically melting and I wasn't able to smooth anything out. Luckily we made it work and the birthday girl loved it. Thanks to my awesome sister's who helped design and decorate. Happy birthday Liz!
